Custom Time Period Names
- Any customise feature available to Refresh time xx:10, xx:40 instead of xx:00 or XX:30 (hr:mt)
- @Refresh every 15 minutes with Pro license

I would suggest you to use power bi premium, the refresh rate in premium license is up to 48/per day. For more details about premium, please refer to doc below:
