Crfitical Error when publishing over a copy of another report

I copy a report in my premium workspace and try to replace this copy with a modified version of the original report from my BI desktop.  All versions of the report have the same lineage. However, I get the critical error below. Anyone got any ideas on this,  - not enough info for ChatGPT to help on this one
