Creating Data Flow - problem with encoding

I am trying to create data flow conecting to excel-file (other local files too) and get problem:

Full tray:

Are you trying this with .xls files ?

Yes, this error appears with other files too (csv, txt, json)

What is the locale on your computer?

Can you recode your source data into UTF-8 or UCS?
