You cannot directly export data from a dashbord, but a user can click on the elisspe in the upper right of dashboard and "go to Report". From there, you can click the elisspe of the visual and export data

What exactly you would like to copy? İs it really dashboard or report? Because the terms are different in Power BI cloud. For example if you'd like to export data as csv in PBI Cloud. Following link explains detaily how to do it:
