Hi @Anonymous ,

 

Are you trying to connect to this from the service?  If so, it has to be the fully qualified domain name and not a "c" drive.  Or, if the Excel file is sitting in OneDrive or some other location, you will need to get teh URL of the file.  This article explains how to do that: Connect To OneDrive Excel File From Power BI Desktop (c-sharpcorner.com)
