Connecting Dataset to Dataflow taking long refresh time

We are connecting our dataset to dataflow , but it is taking long refresh time. Our table size is large(which sits in Individual Dataflows) and when bulk importing the data to dataset from dataflow with Incremental Refresh the refresh breaks with Timeout error. Can I know how to handle this ? Is there any way to optimize this scenario , because we have no other options and any suggestion on changing the architecture (dataflow connected to dataset) also welcomed.

Are you using premium capacity or ppu? If so make sure the dataflow has compute engine turned on.

Also make sure you're using the power platform dataflow connector not the legacy power bi one.
