I have created three Advance Cards that are Grouped with a text field in order to simulate a multi line card, but with conditional formating functionality. This works great in the desktop, but when I try to post the whole thing to a dashboard, only the text box shows up, and even it loses its formatting.
Then if I try just posting one of the Advance Cards to the dashboard, they lose all formatting functionaliity.
Below is an example of what the grouped items look like on the dashboard.
Is there any way to get this functionality to work on a dashboard?
Hi @dxhansen ,

Hi @dxhansen ,
Sorry for my misunderstand...But everything seems OK on my side.

Eyelyn,
Are you posting that to a Dashboard, or just in the report environment.
I can get everythign to work as designed in the report environment, its just when it is posted to the dashboard that it loses its functionality.
Hi @dxhansen ,
As this case said, MS support confirmed - it's by design, they are planning to update it at some* point.
Maybe you could pin the entire page instead.

If not, please upload some insensitive data samples and expected output.

Eyelyn, this sounds similar, but I think it is specific to the standard Card.
What I am referring to is the functionality that the Advance Card custom visualization provides. Its a bit more than the standard card.
I know this is a Power BI Certified visual, so fixing the standard card issues may resolve the Advance Card issues as well.
Hopefully.
Hi @dxhansen ,
You might be experiencing a situation where the card/text box are in the foreground/background unexpectedly and therefore making it appear that the other is not there? That wouldn't be affecting just publishing one of them though.....
You may have to contact the publisher of the visual for their perspective.
