Client Gateway Unreachable Error CLOUD Connection || EMERGENCY

My Reports in Service Refreshed with help of Gateway CLOUD connection for last 6 months, the Data source was Amazon Redshift.
But suddunly yesterday an error shows like this

Hi @PremK ,

The error is stating that there is a problem reaching the table "vw_obt_rxtran_report".  Based on the naming convention, that is probably a view actually.  So, I would start researching there.  For example:

1. Is that table still there?

2. Did the name of it change?

3. Did some/all/most/one of the fields that you are using from that view get removed?

4. Did permissions for that change?

5. Is there data in that view?

6. Did something happen in the network to make that view unreachable?

7. Did the permission you are using to reach that view change?

8. Is the server where that data resides still the same?

The error showing is - DM_GWPipeline_Client_GatewayUnreachable","pbi.error"

and i had checked the Data Source there is no changes in tables and its values.

Kindly guid me how to resolve this issue....

HI @PremK ,

If the issue is the gateway, have you confirmed that the server that gateway is on is up and running?  I would restart it though to make sure nothing is blocking the gateway from working.  AFter rebooting that server, I would confirm that the gateway services are running.  Also, confirm that the gateway server has enough ram and isn't running at 100% all of the time.
