Client Gateway Unreachable Error CLOUD Connection || EMERGENCY
My Reports in Service Refreshed with help of Gateway CLOUD connection for last 6 months, the Data source was Amazon Redshift. But suddunly yesterday an error shows like this Kindly help...

The error showing is - DM_GWPipeline_Client_GatewayUnreachable","pbi.error"
and i had checked the Data Source there is no changes in tables and its values.
Kindly guid me how to resolve this issue....

If the issue is the gateway, have you confirmed that the server that gateway is on is up and running? I would restart it though to make sure nothing is blocking the gateway from working. AFter rebooting that server, I would confirm that the gateway services are running. Also, confirm that the gateway server has enough ram and isn't running at 100% all of the time.
