Choosing which datasets to refresh

Power Pivot for SharePoint lets me choose which data sources to refresh and allows me to specify data source-specific schedule. It looks like Power BI Service refreshes all datasets and doesn't allow me to set a dataset not to refresh. Will this change soon?

I imagine that it is something that is being worked on since, you are correct, it is a feature of Power BI for O365, but I was not able to find that specific feature listed in the Ideas. Probably would be a good idea to submit it here:
