Hi there,
At my company, there are several team members who help manage PBI datasets, reports and dashboards and I would like to create a change management process so that we all understand what has changed and when. We obviously discuss changes as a team, before making them, but it would be great to be able to see historical changes somewhere in PBI and also notify the team members of a workspace when and what changes were made real time - is this already possible? If so, where can I find documentation about this funtion/feature?
Thanks,
AL

@ALIV16 Your best bet at this point would be to look in the O365 audit logs for changes. You could create a report to most likely surface the information you are looking for and compare that to approved lists.

Thanks Seth_C_Bauer - I shall take a read of the audit logs page ![]()
