Capture values and store in Power BI

Hello All,

         I am working on one of the model. Requestor want to sotre the values of one of the paramter on every Mon in order to compare it on weekly basis for performance review. The parat meter changes its status some times after every week or day.

Ex. In and purchase order there are 10 line and each line has different lines and have different delivery dates. It order corsses its expected delivery date then the status of the line goes to Late and user wnat to record such status and want to measure the performanace of the supplier. I am not aware how to capture this value from table I have created and make one new table and store these values on Monday of every week. These values need to store as per the different location. Below is the example where user use to do it manually in Excel.

Power BI has no memory, and no concept of global variables. You need to do that in the upstream system.
