Root Activity ID

Hello, 

 

When you get a refresh error, you get told the RootActivityID.  How can you find out exactly which Applied Step the error refers too?  

Can you link up RootActivityIDs?

We have been told that this lookup is only accessible to MS engineers.  If you have a Pro license you can consider raising a Pro ticket at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/
