Cannot view report

Hi, 

I have Pro PowerBI Licence and I have created a report. When I share it with other they are getting following message. 

Is this mean even the viewer need Pro licence? Can you help me understand what does that mean? Thank you!!

Yes Pro license is required to share reports with others and have those others view shared reports.  Every user that wishes to view shared material requires a pro license.  The only exception for this is when you have a premium capacity, that capacity provides the license that covers the viewers.
