Turn off OneDrive refresh on a dashboard, come back to Settings and it's on again. Loging off and loging back in doesn't do anything. Had the same issue last year. Please advise. https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/Cannot-disable-OneDrive-refresh/idi-p/3055516
