Hi, I have a Premium Per User account but I can no longer access an AutoML model I created. Would like to contact support for some help.
Hi @Etsui ,
Please check if the AI workload is enabled in the capacity settings of the admin portal.
Automated machine learning is available for dataflows that are hosted on Power BI Premium and Embedded capacities only, check if the workspace is set to be Premium Per User.
AI insights (Cognitive Services and Azure ML models) are not supported on machines with proxy authentication setup.
AzureML models are not supported for Guest users.
For more details please check the document about how to bulid a Machine Learning model in Power BI.
