Hi All,
Came across a bit weird scenario. The published report in the workspace sometimes runs perfectly and sometimes gives the Cannot load the model error. Please see below. The workspace is of common service account (Pro License)and the credential used for connecting the on cloud SQL database are using basic mode instead of OAuth2 mode. If lets say we have 8 reports then at times 7 reports will work fine but one of the report will give below error. Can anybody suggest any solution for the same? Thanks in Advance.
Hi @bondfranco ,
Could you please check that the report which has the error and the database of the report?
And the report is yours or it is shared?
And the error report is one will be normal and one will report an error?
There are some same issue you can refer if it helps:
Solved: Couldnt load the model schema associated with this... - Microsoft Power BI Community
Solved: Couldn't load the schema for the database model - Microsoft Power BI Community
Hope this helps you.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. Below are more details
Could you please check that the report which has the error and the database of the report?
Database is on cloud SQL DB
And the report is yours or it is shared?
Report is published under the service account and has been shared with other users.Service account is managed by our team.
And the error report is one will be normal and one will report an error?
It is a random behaviour between the deployed reports. Some may run others may not.
Please let me know if more details are required.
Thanks!
