How can I get a report on all fields used from each dataset

We are looking at refining our datasets, so I've been asked to provide a report on which fields from which datasets are currently being used in our reports/dashboards across all of our workspaces. 

Is there an efficient way of doing this, other than having to go into each report??

Unfortunately, I think there is no efficient way of doing this, other than having to go into each report.
