Hello,
Currently, all of our users can access a PowerBI model. However, we have only specific users who are experiencing this error. 3 users.
One user can access this before, the other 2 are only new on organization. What we just do is add users to Azure Analysis and register to PowerBI Pro.

I checked on their access on model and they are already a workspace viewer and workspace admin.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the reply.
Users are already on Pro License. Also they are registered on Azure Analysis Services, and have access for the worksheet. I copied their access with other users (Contributor and Admin) on worksheet but still same issue occurs.
Is the issue exists on Azure or PowerBI?
Hello @rajendraongole1 ,
Thank you again for this. As we checked their license is already on Pro.
For Azure Analysis Admin, they are already added.
I'm not sure where to check or verify at this moment.
Hi @dalendan
Ensure that these users are correctly assigned roles in Azure Analysis Services. Even though they have Power BI workspace access, they still need appropriate roles in the Analysis Services model.
In Azure Analysis Services, check if they are assigned as members to the role in the Analysis Services model that provides them access to the data.
check the new users are properly licensed for Power BI Pro. Sometimes, while users are registered, their licenses may not be fully activated or assigned in your organization's Office 365/Azure portal.
Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and ensure they have been assigned the Power BI Pro license correctly.
You mentioned that they have the role of workspace viewer and admin, which should be sufficient for accessing reports. However, ensure that these roles are assigned correctly and that they have the appropriate permissions to view the dataset within the workspace.
The Activity ID and Request ID provided in the error message can be helpful for tracking the issue in Power BI logs.

Hi @rajendraongole1 ,
Thank you for the reply.
Sorry I'm still learning on administering Azure and PowerBI. Users are already on Analysis Services Admin.
How can I check the role on this part? I'm searching the member role.
For the license, they are already on Pro.
