Cannot Load Model Error for Import Mode.

Hi All,

I am using Power BI premium account very offten i get cannot load model error.

I am not able to find the Root cause for it.Kindly help me on this.

• OpenConnectionErrorFailed to open the MSOLAP connection.

Can you please chek it in the Dataset settings.

Power BI Service >> select the workspace >> Datasets >> select the dataset (at the end click three dots) >> Settings >> Gateway Connection & Data Source Credentials.

Hi Venal, 

Thanks for the reply we have configured the gateway and datasource setting is also fine.

But still we are getting capacity operation failed error.
