Can't publish in the web and the option is activated on administration portal

Guys,

I use to publish in the web dashboards with fake data for a long time. I'm using a new account and now is not possible to do so. I'm the administrator and checked the configuration, looks fine but doesn't work. The status is "Enabled for the entire organization" for "Publish to web" setting, same way than my previous account. Something missing for the last version?

Does the new account have a Power BI license? I think it can be Power BI Free, but still must have that.

The new account is a Pro license (under test for 60 days still 57 days to go).
