Can't log in to app.powerbi.com

Hello, i have a Power Bi Account (i can log to store app and to desktop application) but i can't log in to app.powerbi.com and i don't understand why. 

 

when i go to app.powerbi.com i have the Power Bi Logo and then i clique OK and a screen with "Finalisation of your instalation" appear and then a white screen and nothing for hours.

 

PS : I'm in France.

After a lot of test i try to create a new account and it works, thank you all for your help

I have multiple users at my company getting the same thing on IE.  Trying other browsers and a HTTP 503 error message pops up stating. "Service Unavailable"  Is PowerBI Down now?

Power BI Service online is working for me in Canada.

 

It is available in France  https://products.office.com/en-CA/business/international-availability

 

I haven't seen any MS pages indicating Power BI service status or availability. The 503 error suggests it could be unavailable temporarily.

 

But perhaps there are other issues the 503 issue sounds like something others have seen before. I would search more on this to see what you can do to troubleshoot.:

Thanks for your help, but it dont wor, i tryed 3 Browser with Clean Cache/Cookier etc... and nothing, i try also on different computer and i have the same issue 

Try contacting someone in the Power BI Paris group to see if anyone else can confirm if the Power BI service is working in France.

That sounds like some browser cookie weirdness.

 

If you wipe all browser cookies, close and reopen browser and try to log into app.powerbi.com does it change anything?
