Can i use Azure Data Factory and MS-SQL with O365 E5 license

Hi,

I wondering what i can use with 0365 license on MS SQL data integration and data management

was looking at Fabric free

i need to connect to AWS RDS , S3 but without setting up an enviornment and want to use whats freely available for me

kindly advise?

I would say no... 

afaik O365 includes Power BI Pro but nothing to deal with ADF and SQL Sever that have separated licensing.

you could check with your license manager if you have corporate agreements in place with Microsoft that give you SQL Server licenses and/or Azure Credits.
