Can I use/publish a subset of dataset from the app workspace in the app?
Basically I have a workspace A that has reports and dashboards built based of the dataset in workspace A. I want to create an app that only uses a subset of the dataset from the workspace.
My understanding is that when you bundle up dashboards and reports in an app, you are automatically giving/manually have to give permission to that datast.In other words the users in the app should not be able to view the entire dataset that is in the workspace. Is this possible

Hi there

If I understand your question correctly, you cannot publish or share a subset of the dataset, it will all be accessible.

If you do want to limit some of the data you can do this by using Row Level Security to limit which and what data they can see.
