Can I allow access only an ip address on power bi? I do not want anyone outside my company to access my data.

To my knowledge, you cannot restrict access to a Power BI tenant based upon IP address. Access to content is controlled through Sharing, which means that you need to specifically add people to access dashboards, reports, etc. Assuming of course that you do not use the "Publish to Web" feature, you should be secure. Out-of-the-box, nobody has access to your data unless you specifically grant access to them, including those within your own organization.
Edit: There is a Tenant Setting to turn off the ability to share with External Users as well as turn off "Publish to Web". I believe that this would effectively accomplish what you are trying to accomplish.
I would like access only to my company. Imagine that your employee accesses data from your home. This I would like to block.

@CahabaData is correct. You need to limit the user login from external network which should be a networking question in this scenario. I know some products can restrict where and when users can log in (like SalesForce). But curretly this is not supported in Power BI. You may submit a feature request on idea.
Regards,
While what you seek is not a PBI feature - I believe it can be achieved via an implementation of embedding the PBI into a web site, and the VPN controls in front of that web site set for fixed IP. I will be admit to being a little rusty on networking stuff and so am not sure - and this is the wrong community for this topic - but perhaps you can follow on this idea......
Ah, got it. No, I do not believe that you can do that currently in Power BI.
