CI/CD with Azure Devops

Hi, 

I have a excel data source files which i manually import, transform the data, create report and publish the report. 

Is it possible that i can automate the CI/CD process of power BI to import data source of different files of xls type only, create datasets, create report/dashboard and publish them.
