Gateway connection not configured properly
Hello all,
I am fairly new to Power BI and am stuck. The data source for my reports is from an ODBC connection. I tried to publish my report, but Power BI Service instructed me to setup a gateway connection. I then installed the gateway in the company server, but it still shows "Not configured correctly" in Power BI Service.
I understood that it is asking for the ODBC credentials. I tried the credentials and it still is not configuring properly.
Can someone help me with this please? Without proper gateway configuration, I will not be able to publish my reports for end users.

Thanks for the reply. However, I already am connected to the ODBC in desktop.
As you can see here, it is a System DSN and it's the same one I'm trying to connect in Power BI Service as well.
I've used the same connection string as well. It still does not work and shows the same error.
