Bulk export of a page regarding filter selection

Hi everyone,

I have an assignment to prepare additional page of invoice for data analysis purpose, for every client there is different data.

We what to send this page as additional invoice information, so we have to be able to export it and sent with our invoices.

First job is to export for all clients one report page to pdf and put it in some local folder.

What way it's better to do this?

Maybe someone has done that and could share their experience?

Or someone knows the source or some documentation where I can find information?

Some notice:

• There are about 1000 invoices per month
• We have Premium license
• Paginate reports doesn't fit us, due to complicated visuals

Are 1000 invoices in one Pbix file? Each invoice is one page, are 1000 pages in your pbix file?

If yes, you need to create a new pbix file to develop the one report page for all clients.

Then you can export the two pbix files separately.

If it doesn’t meet your requirement, could you please provide more details about your issue? Or could you please provide some screenshots?

No, we have one page, that is filtered by client and from that report I need to generate  1000 idividual pdf for every client. 

The screenshot of report. In filter pane there is Customer full filter, that filters the client's information.

We thought you have two parts in your report, one is for all clients, another is for each client. So we suggest "Then you can export the two pbix files separately."

But now it is not suitable for your issue.

Because you can’t use paginated reports, otherwise the blog might help you.

But for Power BI Report in Service or Desktop, you need to manual intervention.

For your requirement, you could post your new idea in Power BI ideas and make this feature coming sooner.

Or the BI helper maybe fit your requirement.
