Build a dataflow from Onedrive folder

Hi Community,

Can anyone please confirm if Power BI Service allows combining files from OneDrive Folder using Dataflow?

Error messages I got "Expression.Error: The parameter is expected to be of type Text.Type or Binary.Type."

Hi. Yes you can. You can try this method of conection to explore to the folder you want to combine. Be sure you only have the csv files you want to combine.

Hi, I succeeded at listing the onedrive subfolder, but when expanding the files column content I get only one file in the output result plus I fail at saving the datalow because of aan error messgae about certain existence of a dependency. 

Any suggestions?

For combining files automatically, you need the files to be stored at the same folder. Otherwise you need more expertise at Power Query in order to filter from all files the ones you want, add a column to read the tables, and combine them. That would work if the columns match to combine.

Already done, but looks that the online version does not allow expanding many tables (files) at once
