Bug in Schedule refresh

Has any one experienced the below problem today ? I would like to ask Microsoft moderators if they are aware of this situation. Scheduled refreshes failed, when I tried to diagnose I see that even though dataset was configured by me, it was asking me to take over. Even if I click on take over, it goes into the loop. High impact on the business, please confirm if anybody else is experiencing this problem (on Jan 2018) updates.
