The process I do is:
- Open Power BI on the web
- Get app
- Dynamics Nav
- URL: https://recuperation.cloudapp.net:7048/NAV/OData/Company('Recuperation%20Electrolitos') (I guess it's correct)
- Auth - Basic
- I Put Username and password
I get the message: The data source credentials could not be updated: OData: Request failed: Unable to connect to the remote server
Could you help on this? Thanks!

HI @bgenove,
>>OData: Request failed: Unable to connect to the remote server
Based on error message, I think this issue more related to dynamic nav server. please double check url and the setting if it not allow you to remote access.
