Dear all,
I have noticed today, that personal bookmarks do not function as before.
I have a matrix with multiple levels. I want to expand certain rows to a lower level and keep others collapsed.
When I have the right setting I set a bookmark, so next time I do not have to expand etc. This always worked perfectly.
But now when I use the set bookmark all other levels are expanded too. So not only the ones I had expanded, but all others. Which obviusly doesn't really make any sence.
Can you please say whether this will be fixed or whether this stays like this?
Thank you and best regards
Anthony Flynn

Hi, @v-yalanwu-msft
I think I figured it out.
I had built a hierarchy in Power BI desktop and put it in the rows of the matrix-> then it doesn't work.
When I place the columns individually in the rows of the matrix -> it works.
Seems like a bug to me....
Best regards.

Hi, @AnthonyFlynn ;
It is very strange that everything works fine in my service when I click bookmarks 1 and 2;
You could check the Issues forum here:

Hi, @AnthonyFlynn ;
After my test, I can't reproduce your problem, can you share more screenshots and details about it?
The maximum number of personal bookmarks per report is 20.
Or try recreating a personal bookmark to see if it works; Secondly check the following personal bookmark limits.

Hello, @v-yalanwu-msft
thanks a lot for your reply!
I have made a simple example to show you:
This is the state I want the matrix to look like (two product groups are shown on the highest level and only one level is fully expanded), so I set the bookmark:
But next time I open the bookmark, this is what the matrix looks like:
As you can see every level is fully expanded.
I hope this makes my problem understandable?
Thanks a lot and best regards!
Anthony
