BI app with "The report shown in this tile doesn't exist or you don't have permission to view it"

I created a Power BI app based on a dashboard since the dashboard is unavailable to be added into Teams.  Unfortunately, it gives me the error message of "The report shown in this tile doesn't exist or you don't have permission to view it" when trying to view the app.  However, I have no problem to view the underlining dashboard.  What's wrong and how to fix it?

Is this still an issue?  I created an app today with (only) a dashboard. I am the Admin on the workspace and I can access all reports in the workspace, but in the app all the cards show "The report shown in this tile doesn't exist or you don't have permission to view it."

I'm getting the same error today when I try to access the dashboard that I created from my own report.

Any update on this issue? I'm experiencing this today in a Dashboard, but when acessing the report all is fine, with right RLS restrictions.
