Azure Sql Direct Query works in PBI Desktop, but doesn't work in PBI Service

Hello,

As the title says, my Direct query works in PBI Desktop, but I'm unable to make it work in the PBI Service.

I edited my credentials to:

Authentication Method: basic

Privacy Level: None

(then, database user name and password)

When I access the report, visuals show errors.

I didn't create a gateway because Azure Sql Databases doesn't require it.

What could I be doing wrong?
