Automatic update app using the Power BI API

Hello community,

I have seen posts about the app update using the api.

Question: is this only working with Power BI Premium, or can this be used with Power BI Pro as well?

Hi, @edwincoenen 

Using the Power BI Rest API via Powershell within ADO pipelines must have one of the following licenses:

1. You're a Power BI Pro user, and you belong to an organization that has Premium capacity.
2. Premium Per User (PPU).
