Hi there,
I was hoping to get some help on the below error.
My data is from salesforce and refreshes perfectly in the desktop app, but for some reason I get this reason online more and more frequently now.
I would appreciate any insight into this error. Thanks so much 🙂
Hi @Anonymous thank you for your help.
I have checked all merges I have and it doesn't seem to have any issues as mentioned above. My next step is to stagger my refreshes, I am hoping this is the case as I do have a few dashboards refreshing at the same time.
Hi @MeghanDeWet ,
Did you encounter any more errors after the staggered refresh? Or has the problem been solved?
Best regards,

Hi @Anonymous
Yes, staggering the refreshes has helped a lot. It still fails every now and again but its definitely better than what it was.
Thanks for your help!

Hi @MeghanDeWet ,
In the error screenshot you provided, there is an obvious error message "invalid query locator", so I focused on this error to investigate some cases similar to yours. Fortunately, you are not the only one with this error, in this link the same error is raised by salsforce (which is the same as your data source):'INVALID_QUERY_LOCATOR ' error (salesforce.com)
At the same time, I found a post related to this error that also occurs when the data source is refreshed. In this post, may be this answer can help you:
