App created from Premium workspace does not allow my users to open the Power BI reports

I've created an App using Power BI paginated reports in a premium per user workspace. I've published the link to this App into SharePoint. My useres are able to access and open the reports. So this is working, my issue is below.

Next, I've created an App from Power BI desktop reports in a different premium per user workspace. I've published the link to this App into SharePoint. My users can open the app but when they try to open a report they get the error that they need a premium license. I don't understand what is happening? Can someone explain?

Thanks

Hi @MEFOX ,

While the Pay Per User (PPU) license also provides most of the advanced features for individual users, PPU does not grant users unlimited distribution rights. Any content saved in the PPU workspace can only be shared with users who also have a Power BI Premium user.

Therefore, your users need to have a PPU license to view and access the contents of the PPU workspace.

What I want to know is why APP and Report both reside in the PPU workspace, and one can be opened while the other cannot. Is this happening with the same user? Please check if the user has a PPU license or a PPU trial license.
