Can PRO Accounts be share by multiple users?

Can multiple users use the same PowerBI PRO account?

Strictly, we said Pro license couldn’t be shared with others, which means one license is bound with a specific Power BI account. Only this specific Power BI account can view Power BI service content with this Pro license.
But there isn’t a limitation on how many devices a Power BI service account can login in at the same time. From this aspect, Pro account can be shared with many users. These users can login in Power BI service with the same Power BI service credential(Power BI service account and password).

While it is possible to do so, it would be illegible and would fall in conflict with the agreement. User-based restrictions, such as RLS, will not be possible.Fowmy many thanks for your reply.
It seems it is not a very clear issue as in the below topic. It is from 2017 though...

Note:
If you use a single account for multiple users and one of those users leaves the organization, then you cannot prevent him from gaining access to the account unless you change the password.
