All potential values for filtering

With PowerBI embedded API how can I obtain all potential values in the report for filtering?

Sure. I'm working with the embedded tools and I've been able to get the visual, page and report filters. But this responses are about the already applied filters. However, even considering this information useful, I would need all the values in the dataset to be filtered externally with JS code. For instance a page filter returns the year 2014, the year's filter applied, but I would like to have the whole list of years from that dataset.
