scheduled refreshes

Hi team, 

 

I hope you are well and had an amazing year.

 

I am trying to connect PBI with an API so as to bring shipping data.

 

It looks like the refresh keeps failing because of the below.

 

 

I tried to find a way to deal with it but nothing worked.

 

Could you please help me with it?

    Hi CK1992 

    Just click skip test connection and save.

    and try the manual refresh button.

        Hi CK1992 

         

        just go to the data source setting and change the privacy level to Public and save then re-publish.

        After publishing the change setting in the web same as in pbix file.

    Hi Nahid and happy new year,

     

    Unfortunately, it does not work.

     

    Please see below the environment I see when I am trying to follow your steps.

    Desktop

    Web Service 

    There is no anonymous option and hence it does not work.

     

    Any ideas about it?
