Adding Personal Workspace DataSet Using API

Hi All, I'm having trouble adding datasets from my personal workspace. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? Been working on this for a couple of days now and have had no luck.

I can connect to Power BI and retrieve the workspace, however, I get an "unauthorized" error when attempting to add or retrieve datasets

Title says "Retrieving"  but error refers to Add-Dataset. Please clarify.
