Adding Multiple Users

Hi All,

I need to add HUNDREDS of users to my dashboard.  I cannot see a why of cut and pasting the email addresses into the share tab.

Is this even possible?  Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

I was thinking there should be a User Interface to deal with all of these types of things...

do you open the share page like this?

You could add email to the textbox under the "Grant access to".

Hi @DataGuy2016,

You can add all those users to a User Group/ Security Role and then add that to the Dashboards Access

On the contrary, you can add all the users to Outlook mail recepients and then cut and paste them here.
