Accessing and deleting workspaces

I have been trying to figure out how to access and delete a workspace. First I cannot find a way to search for a workspace. We have thousands of workspaces so this is critical. Second I dont have an access in the menu. What is the approach for finding and deleting a given workspace?

You can search here for the workspaces

But you need to be the Admin of the workspace to be able to delete it

Thanks. But how do I delete and find a workspace where the former admin is not in the company anymore?

Use his credentials to access the workspaces, or Azure administtrator can do the work.

Sorry but I am not an Azure administrator to show you how, but I am pretty much sure that the administrator can access the workspaces maybe directly into the storage or give you permission as the Admin of the workspaces.

I dont understand. How does an azure administrator delete the workspace. We cannot use credentials as they are deleted.

Hi @segato ,

@aj1973 is correct that you have to sign in as the person that is the owner/admin at the time of creation.  Since that person has left, you have to get the userid re-activated and the userid/password sent to you and then you sign in as that person and then delete the workspaces.
