Hi,
In my organisation we have visually impaired users who use screen-reading software and operate Power BI apps via keyboard only interface.
I have a Power BI app with a matrix visual, two columns within it have hyperlinks, one as an icon paperclip, one as a linked text field. The user (and me checking) can navigate into the visual (ctrl and right arrows) and go the relevant cells, but pressing ENTER does not open the hyperlink, it simply cancels the selection. I cannot find a method via keyboard of opening the hyperlink. Am I missing something here or is there no keyboard shortcut to do this?

Thanks, in truth it was a table visual. But our accessibility lead has established this is due to a key conflict for UK English keyboards and Microsoft will implement a fix in a later version.

Hi @Warren_Owen,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.
By default, hyperlinks in a Matrix visual cannot be opened using the keyboard. If it is possible to switch to another visual like the Table visual, as it allows proper navigation and activation of hyperlinks using the keyboard.
If not, I recommend submitting your detailed feedback and ideas through Microsoft's official feedback channels. Feedback submitted through these channels is frequently reviewed by the product teams and can contribute to meaningful improvements.
