Hello,
if i add a member to security group but the workspace doesn't reflect to his account
it's the same tenant and same domain
so what's the reason for that?

Workspace access via security group may not show up immediately due to:
Sync delay (can take hours).
Unsupported group type (must be mail-enabled/M365 group).
User needs to sign out/in.

@ahmedshalabyy12 To clarify, you added an Entra Security Group to a role such as Member or Contributor to the workspace, correct? You then added the user to that security group, correct?
yes and it's tested and working before there are 100 members

Here you can see the Microsoft’s documentation about access to workspace (the link is https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/fundamentals/give-access-workspaces).
Sometimes, access via security groups can take a few minutes to sync. In some cases, the user may need to refresh the page or sign out/sign in to see the workspace appear.
Also, could you please double-check that the security group is properly assigned to the workspace? You can do this by clicking on the workspace > “Manage access” and verifying that the group is listed.

we have prem workspace . already added 5 users to the workspace except him
he found nothing (no access)
asked him to login and logout same prob
asked him to open from another pc another browser and same prob 😞
dunno what to do
If it's a prem workspace, he needs a power bi premium per user license to access
i mean prem capacity so free license can view it
Does this worker have the necessary PowerBI license to view the workspace?
