AWS error

Hello lovely members .

im having AWS red shift as datasrouce for one of my reports.

the reports used to be published by another person before she leaves last week .

on Power BI desktop im able to connect to the to the data source and do the refresh using an SQL user .

but on Power BI service im facing this issue :

Thank you so much ! the gateway wasnt configured in the power BI service .

Hi @Rayzo92 

Can you make sure that you are added in the users for the RedShift connection in the Gateway if it is used?
