7gb pbix file error and dataset error in service

Hi BI-ers, Please help me with my problem related to .pbix and dataset issues in the premium workspace.

  1.  Unable to open the .pbix due to its file size (almost 7GB).
I checked the previous version sensitivity label before I change all connections to import mode, and it is set to "None"
how can I handle the warning message below for me to be able to open this pbix file?

  2. I uploaded the .pbix via "upload a file" function in the premium workspace to see the sensitivity label of the 7GB report, and the upload seems successful as no error message occurs, but I noticed that errors in my dataset. ericnumber14_1-1635282798717.png

Hi @Anonymous .

For your description, if your data model is larger than can be accommodated in the Power BI Service, you might need to explore DirectQuery or Live Connection with a SQL or SSAS source, because they do not have a data source size limit.

In addition, you could check the Issues forum here:Issues - Microsoft Power BI Community

Looking forward to your feedback.

Best Regards,
Henry

The previous connection that we are using is DirectQuery, but due to performance issues, we upgraded to premium workspace, to accommodate large datasets.
This issue was now identified, and it's because of corrupted datasets, and after doing it again, new issue now occur, and we cannot save the pbix file anymore. IF we will not fix this, maybe we can return in using DirectQuery connection 😃. Thank you
