Performance difference between PowerBI Report Server and PowerBI Service on huge set of data

I am designing the solution for my client. Some Dataset size are between 8 to 10 gb and other dataset sizes are more than 10 gb.

My client is willing to go for Power BI Report Server for deployment .

Can you please someone suggest the performance difference between PowerBI Report Server and PowerBI Service on above set of data.

Hi @Anonymous ,

If you like to work with a higher amount of data I would prefer to use a SSAS solution, that is very common in Power BI On Premises. If you like to use the same amount of data in the Power BI Service I think you need a bigger capacitiy like @Greg_Deckler mentioned you will need premium capacity to get a better performance. But you can also consider to use SSAS in the Power BI Service.
