Paginated Report not showing all records in Web layout but does in print layout
We've converted several SSRS reports to Power BI paginated reports. There are a handful of Power BI paginated reports that have given us issues displaying records.
We're just doing a straight download of SSRS reports and importing them into Power BI Report Builder to make the paginated report.
On a couple reports we only see 5 records in the default view. If we switch over to the Page Layout view we see all the records.
Is there some setting that limits the number of records to display in default view? We've been looking through the Power BI Report Builder app looking for a parameter to tweak.
Solved! Go to Solution.

On the File tab of the report, can you try the "Disable preview features" button and see if that fixes the report?

Can you check these properties and see if you can identify the issue?
Body -> Properties -> Size -> Width, Height
Report -> Properties -> Interactive Size, Margins, Page Size
Adjust these to your needs and see if this helps!

I appreciate your input. The modifications didn't help.
Hopefully the image below shows what's occuring. We only have 5 records show in the Web layout. The Print layout shows all the records. We can even export the data and it will show all the records, all 2300 of them.
I can change the filter and a new set of records will appear, but again only 5 of them.

You rock my friend!
That worked.
If I ever have another kid I'll name them after you.

Hi CactusJackAZ - Glad it worked. Would you mind helping us by filing a support case? This is something we need to fix and support will get a repro to us.
