Report builder's Navigation Getting Disable

Hi, I have a rdl published in powerbi service. Navigation buttons getting diable in the below scenario,

1)  Moving to last page

2) Back to first page

Navigation buttons are disabled and view report button got enabled.

If I want to move to other pages, I can only do so after clicking view report.

 

How can I overcome this issue?
